Insight Worldwide (Insight) is the brainchild of Alison, a recognised leadership and change expert with over 20 years’ leadership and consulting experience.  She has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands on large global transformation and leadership programmes, coaching numerous board level leaders.  A Fellow of the CIPD and previous Director of Learning & Change for BT,  she specialises in culture, talent, leadership and sales transformation.  Alison is recognised for her commercial focus and an ability to hit the ground running to deliver results.  She recently led a sales and leadership transformation programme for a Fortune 500 to develop their most profitable global account.

Alison’s recent clients include BBC, Experian, Capgemini, Vodafone, Lloyds and KPMG.

Craig is a specialist in business performance.  He brings expertise in developing leadership capability, culture and the use of technology to foster productive and inspiring workplaces. He works with clients to help them transform the end to end customer journey, from acquisition to retaining and growing accounts. He was previously a top performing Senior Account Director profitably growing and expanding client portfolios in a variety of sectors.

Craig also oversees Propel2Grow, a multi-million-pound European Union funded initiative to help ambitious businesses to scale and grow, where he has helped over 400 businesses improve turnover, performance and profit.

He works with some of the worlds best known business including British Airways, O2, Vodafone, Barclays, Coutts, Audi and RBS, Talk Talk and Centrica.

Abigail is an HR and Talent Leader with consultancy and HR directorship experience in Financial Services, Tech Start-up and Luxury Retail. She works with numerous global clients across multiple sectors supporting business transformation in strategy, change management, leadership and coaching.

Abigail was previously HR Director at Burberry and has 15 years experience as a senior consultant, business partner and coach. She has led significant business change programmes across the  UK and Europe and is fluent in English and French.

Abigails recent clients include Capgemini, BBC and several major global retailers.

Kate is a journalist and researcher whose areas of specialism include business, social issues, health and wellbeing.  She writes research papers for the Chartered Institute of Marketing as well as Insight Worldwide, exploring a wide range of topical issues from leadership and re-imagining the future of work to content marketing.

She is a regular contributor to publications including the Independent, Guardian and Evening Standard. She also provides copywriting services and bespoke media training to a wide range of organisations and sits on a number of media advisory boards. Kate has a BA in Communciation Studies from London Guildhall University and a Masters in Journalism from Goldsmiths, University of London.

Neela supports all our clients and consultants with their projects, putting plans in place, organising the logistics and generally making sure everything runs smoothly.

Neela spent many years as a fashion buyer and office manager for luxury retail brands before joining the Insight team.  She has a passion for the client experience, ensures everything is in place across all our engagements and quite simply is at the very heart of our business!
